Running Diagnostics
If you are having problems with your DVC323 camera, run the diagnostic
software to determine if there is a Kodak driver problem.

Close all applications that may be running on your computer.

Click on the Start button on your computer taskbar.

Click on Programs.

Click on KODAK DVC323.

Click on DVC323 Diagnostic.

Wait until the diagnostic software finishes and displays one of the following
two symbols:
✔
Green smiling face—the diagnostics ran successfully and did not find any
errors.
✔
Frowning face and an error code—refer to the following table for a
possible solution to the problem:
