Viewing details about a song file
To see the file type and size of a file:

From the home screen, press and hold

Menu

My stuff
→
My music
→
All Songs.

Options

View.

Highlight the song you need details about and
select
Options
→
Details.
Erasing a song
You can erase a song from the memory card using
the phone.
1.
From the home screen, press and hold
or select
Menu
→
Music Player
→
All Songs.
2.
Highlight the song you want to erase.
3.
Select
Options
→
Erase Song
→
OK.
Troubleshooting
Scenario: Song is not playing
Try renaming the file on your computer, removing
any special characters and limiting the length to
30 characters long.
If the file still does not play:
• The file type may not be supported. The Slider
Sonic supports MP3 and WMA files.
• The file may be DRM (digital rights
management) protected.
• The file may be corrupted.
Scenario: Audio is choppy
• The file may be corrupted, but the audio still
plays. Check your file for corruption.
