Step Procedure Keypad
Press WEIGHT DEFROST.
Enter food weight.
Weight must be entered in pounds. See
weight ranges in chart above for each food
category.
Examples:
To defrost 2 1 /
2
lbs, enter 2 5 (display will show 2.5).
To defrost 1 /
2
lb, enter 5 (display will show 0.5).
To defrost 4 lbs, enter 4 0 (display will show 4.0).
WEIGHT DEFROST and LB indicators light.
Press START.
LB indicator turns off. WEIGHT DEFROST
indicator will flash while defrosting.

WEIGHT DEFROST
WEIGHT DEFROST allows you to easily defrost foods by eliminating guesswork
in determining defrosting time. Follow the steps below for easy defrosting.

Unfold the bag and place in oven according to
package directions. Do not leave the oven unattended
when popping popcorn.
Prepare soup according to package directions. Place
soup in bowl or dish and cover.
Place muffin on plate or paper towel.
Pierce skin with a fork. Place on a paper towel.
Arrange in a circular pattern with heavier ends
pointing toward the outer edge of turntable.
Let stand approximately 10 minutes after cooking.
Place cooked slices of pizza on paper towel or paper plates.
Follow package instructions for cooking frozen pizza.
Place food on plate and cover.
Wash and cut into slices, cubes, etc. Place in bowl or
dish adding 1 tablespoon of water per serving. Cover.
Let stand, covered, for approx. 2 minutes after cooking.
Place cups or mugs with liquids in oven uncovered. Stir
after reheating. Be careful when handling or drinking
liquids immediately out of oven as contents will be hot.
