13. PERIODIC INSPECTION TABLE
The items listed below require periodic check and maintenance to retain the performance of this machine and
to ensure safe business operation.
●
Be sure to check once a year to see if Power Cords are damaged, the plug is se-
curely inserted, dust is accumulated between the Socket Outlet and the Power Plug,
etc. Using the product with dust as is accumulated can cause fire and electric shock
hazards.
●
Never use a water jet, etc. to clean inside and outside the cabinet. If wetness occurs
for any reason, do not use the product until it has completely dried.
●
Periodically once a year, request the place of contact herein stated or the Distributor,
etc. where the product was purchased from, as regards the internal cleaning. Using
the product with dust as is accumulated in the interior without cleaning can cause a
fire or accident. Note that cleaning the interior parts can be performed on a pay-ba-
sis.
Clearing the data in Test Mode will also return the card reader/writer usage count to zero.
Note that if data is cleared frequently, Head Cleaning Mode will not be displayed even
when the requisite number of usages has been reached.

CLEANING THE CABINET SURFACES
When the cabinet surfaces are badly soiled, remove stains with a soft cloth dipped in water or diluted (with
water) chemical detergent and squeezed dry. To avoid damaging surface finish, do not use such solvents as
thinner, benzine, etc. other than ethyl alcohol, or abrasives, bleaching agent and chemical dustcloth.
