Unblocking the SIM Card
If you enter the PIN code incorrectly 3 times,
the SIM card is blocked.
1 Enter the PUK and press the Jog Dial (or
press ).
2 Enter the new PIN (4-8 digits) and press
the Jog Dial (or press
).
3 Enter the new Pin code again and press
the Jog Dial (or press
).
The SIM is unblocked.

times, your SIM is blocked completely. In this
case contact your Network Operator/Service
Provider.
