• Name editing options:
} Vi ew to see the complete name.
} Edi t Name to change the name.
} Delete Entry to erase the name from
the Phonebook.
} Copy Entry to copy the entry from one
memory location to another.
• Number editing options:
} Call to call the number.
} Vi ew to display the number.
} Edit Type to change the type of
number (e. g. Mobile, Fax, etc.).
} Edit Number to change the number.
} Delete to erase the number from the
Phonebook.
} Copy to copy the number from one
memory location to another.
4 Press the Jog Dial to confirm the
selection.
Editing Note
The Note is like a memo pad for additional
information e.g. e-mail addresses or postal
addresses in the Phonebook.
1 Follow steps 1-3 in “Editing a Name/
Number” (see page
26 ).
2 Select the Note entry you want to edit.
3 Press the Jog Dial for a menu of editing
options.
} Vi ew to view the content.
} Edit Icon to change the icon.
} Edit Text to change the content.
} Delete to delete the content from the
Phonebook.
} Copy to copy the entry from one
memory location to another.
4 Press the Jog Dial to confirm your
selection.
