Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont are eligible for the 15 years/150,000 miles emissions warranty. California PZEV-certified vehicles are considered the cleanest
gasoline-powered vehicles because they meet California’s most stringent tailpipe emissions standards for Super Ultra Low Emission Vehicles (SULEV). (Subaru offers other 2010 model emissions warranties for
high-cost parts in only those states adopting the CA LEV Program.)
