Deleting a message in a folder
1 Open the message to
be deleted, then press
in the Jog Dial.
2 To delete the
displayed message
only, tur n and pr ess in
the Jog Dial to select
DELETE.
To delete all messages
in the folder, tur n and
press in the Jog Dial
to select DELETE
ALL.
3 Turn and pr ess in the Jog Dial to select
YES.
If you do not want to delete the message(s), select
NO to cancel.
Note
Selecting DELETE ALL will delete all messages in the
selected folder.
