To Remove the Side Panel
1. Shut down your computer and turn off all peripheral devices, such as your printer.
2. Unplug your computer and any peripheral devices.
3. Gently place the system unit on its side, as shown in the illustration.
4. Locate the release tabs on the edge of the side panel. Press and hold the tabs while sliding the panel towards
you.
5. When the side panel releases, lift it up and away from the unit.
Removing the Side Panel
Caution:
If you remove the side panel immediately after you shut down your computer, the components may be too
hot to touch. Wait until the internal parts of the system unit cool down before you attempt to remove the
side panel.
