This function will allow users to keep the inside temperature of the OpenEye OPTIX Pre-Pack at a stable operating
condition. If the temperature in the dome is to high, the cameras Auto Mode will regulate the temperature by turning
on the Cooler. On the contrary, the heater will make the inside temperature getting higher if the unit is cold.
