3. PROGRAM & OPERATION
3.1 Getting Started
Before you program or operate OpenEye OPTIX Dome Camera, you must select the dome camera by pressing the
dome camera NO + CAM on the OpenEye Keyboard Controller.
Example : Pressing 1, 0 and CAM key sequentally will select the dome camera 10. The selected dome camera ID
will be displayed on the LCD monitor of the OpenEye Keyboard Controller.
3.2 Accessing On-Screen Menu Utility
You can open the On-Screen menu utility on your monitor by pressing the (MENU) KEY on the keyboard controller.
The following On-Screen utility will appear.
A. CONTROLLING THE ON-SCREEN UTILITY
ACTION FUNCTION
Call on On-Screen Menu Utility or Exit (Escape)
Go into the sub-menu items.
Execute the command (Exit)
Change Value
Navigate through menu items
Navigate through menu items
Finish editing title
Change Value
Enter editing title mode.
Change value of angle/zoom ratio
Move to the previous mode

Joystick left or right
Joystick up or down
Joystick down
Zoom Handle twist
CTRL + Joystick
