8 • Enter your answer. Press to clear any entered numbers if you make a mistake, and enter
your answer again.

• The ranges of calculation questions for each operator setting are as follows. Questions are displayed randomly from the range.

2 • Choose a step number from the range of integers from 1 to 12. As an example, enter “2.”

BATTERY REPLACEMENT (REQUIRES ADULT SUPERVISION) /

• Battery should only be replaced under adult supervision.

• Press , and make sure that “0.” is displayed, even when the built-in solar cell is shielded from light. If “0.” does not show up on the
display, remove the installed battery immediately, reinstall, and recheck the display.
After replacing the battery, the setting of Math Drill mode (the number of questions and operator) may be altered.
