NOTICE
INSTALLATION OF OTHER THAN GENUINE SOUTHBEND PARTS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY
ON THIS EQUIPMENT.
The serial plate with voltage, model, and serial information is located on the right side of the steamer cavity
on the upper rear corner. On single units a second tag is located on the face of the door which will show
only model and serial number. On tandem units, a second tag is on the right side of the right unit and the left
side of the left unit.
Replacement parts may be ordered either through a Southbend Authorized Parts Distributor or a Southbend
Authorized Service Agency.
When ordering parts, please supply the Model Number, Serial Number, Part Number, Description, Finish,
and Electrical Characteristics as applicable.
For parts not listed, consult a Southbend Authorized Parts Distributor or Southbend Authorized Service
Agency. Consult the Southbend Authorized Parts/Service Distributor list for the Authorized Parts supplier in
your area. If this list is not available, call Southbend at 1-800-348-2558 to obtain this list.
