Removable Control Probe
The Probe is thermostatically controlled. The
indicator light switches off automatically when
the temperature selected has been reached and
then cycles on and off to indicate that the
selected temperature is being maintained.
Being removable enables the pan to be fully
immersible and dishwasher safe for easy
cleaning.
Pan tilt lever - FP112
When the lever is in the lowered position the
cooking pan is tilted forcing juices to collect at
one end of the pan. This enables hands-free
basting.
Adjustable lid holder - FP112
A stepped catch on the side of the lid enables
the lid to tilted above the frypan, eliminating a
need for a space on the benchtop.
When the lid is in position the lid then acts as a
splatter shield. The lid can rest on either side of
the handle making it easy for left or right
handed use.
