Editing the Phonebook
Use this option for calling, editing, deleting or copying phonebook
entries. The editing of entries is possible by Name, Number or by
Note.
Editing a name/number

Rotate the Jog Dial in standby mode to open the Phonebook.

Rotate the Jog Dial to select the name/number you want to edit
and press the Jog Dial.

Press the Jog Dial for a menu of editing options:
• Name editing options:
— Select View to see the complete name.
— Select Edit Name to change the name.
— Select Delete Entry to erase the name from the Phonebook.
— Select Copy Entry to copy the entry from one memory
location to another.
• Number editing options:
— Select Call to call the number.
— Select View to display the number.
— Select Edit Type to change the type of number (e. g. Mobile,
Fax, etc.).
— Select Edit Number to change the number.
— Select Delete to erase the number from the Phonebook.
— Select Copy to copy the number from one memory location to
another.

Press the Jog Dial to confirm the selection.
