4 Press the [MENU/EXE] button.
• A screen is displayed which is used
to set the [SMOOTHING] levels.
5 Press the [ 3 ] or [ 4 ] button
to set the level of the
[SMOOTHING] effect.
[3]: Sharpens the lighter areas of the
image.
[4]: Smooths the lighter areas of the
image.
6 Press the [MENU/EXE] button.
• An image appears showing the
results of the settings specified in
step 5.
• To return to the menu screen without
recording the image, press the [6]
button.
7 Press the [MENU/EXE] button.
• The enhanced image is recorded in
the last frame. The original image is
left unchanged.
