- Your computer or CD-RW drive does not operate correctly or the busy indicator light does not come on.
- You cannot format a CD-RW disc
- You cannot create a multi-session disc.
- You cannot successfully write to a CD-R or CD-RW disc.
- You cannot eject a CD.
- You cannot read from the CD after successfully writing to it.
- You cannot access the CD-RW drive, or the drive icon does not display (Windows XP)
- The CD cannot be read.
