Create a simple BOS Server process named dfsgw to run the dfsgwd
server process:
$ dcelocal/bin/bos create -server /.:/hosts/hostname -process dfsgw
-type simple -cmd dcelocal/bin/dfsgwd
The Gateway Server process is now fully configured on the machine.
