Mechanical 3-Speed
Mechanical 3-Speed
Although using the same ND31
motor as 6347D series models,
higher power has been achieved by
employment of rare earth magnet.
• For more efficiency and a wider range of applications
Delivers outrageous torque!!
3rd speed (highest speed)
Optimum for faster drilling in light
duty applications
2nd speed (high speed)
Optimum for more efficient drilling
in heavy duty applications
1st speed (low speed)
For extra heavy duty applications; able to
drill through holes in 38 mm thick SPF with
3" Selfeed bit while impossible with the
model of Competitor "D" and Makita 6347D

*Work speed and work volume depend to a great extent on the hardness of the material, etc..
*The 3rd speed is designed for high work speed with a rotational speed higher than the current models. In some
applications, therefore, the amperage may rise to make the work volume a little bit less than the current models.
Numbers in the charts above are relative values when setting Model 6347D / 8443D capacity as 100.
