Disable Shut Down command
Description:
Disables the Shut Down option on the Start menu. Note
that this does not disable the user’s ability to shut down
the computer using the CTRL-ALT-DEL sequence. If you
want to remove the user’s ability to use CTRL-ALT-DEL,
remove the user’s name from the “Shut down the system”
user right in User Manager.
