7.3 Announcement
This is the message your callers hear on the answering
machine. There are two pre-recorded outgoing
messages, or you can record your own.
7.3.1 Record the announcement
1. Press

to select Answer Machine .
2. Press

to select Announcement .
3. Press

to select Record .
4. Press
P
and

to select the answer mode
Annc & Record or Announce Only .
5. Press
P
to start recording after a "beep"
sound is heard.
6. Press

again to stop recording and save the
message. The just saved message is played
automatically.
You can also record the announcement by pressing and
holding

to start recording after a "beep" sound is

message.
NOTE
When playing the message, pressing

will delete it and the predefined message will be played
automatically. Press

to stop playing.
