STEPPING THROUGH FRAMES
1 Press the PAUSE/STEP button while
playback is paused.
¡ The next picture frame is
displayed with sound muted each
time the button is pressed.
2 Press the PLAY button to resume playback.

¡This machine is not available with a step-back function.

RESUMING PLAYBACK FROM
THE POINT WHERE
PLAYBACK STOPPED
1 Press the STOP button during playback.
¡ Playback will stop, and then the resume message
will appear at the center.
2 Press the PLAY button. Playback will start
from the point where the previous playback
session was stopped.
Note
¡ The resume function can be reset by pressing the
STOP button twice or by opening the disc loading
tray.
¡ Some Video CDs with PBC function resume
playback from the beginning of the track.
¡ The “Resume” information stays in the memory
even when the power is turned off.

1 Press the FWD g or REV h button
during playback.
¡ For DVDs, pressing the FWD g or REV h
button cycles the playback speed in four steps. In
case of DVDs, the sound will mute.
¡ For audio CDs, the playback speed is
×16 fixed.
¡ For Video CDs, the playback speed is
Ч2, Ч8 and
×30.
¡ For WMA and MP3, the playback speed is
×8 fixed.
2 Press the PLAY button to return to normal
playback speed.
