CD/VCD BASIC OPERATION (CONTINUED)

Each press of the SEARCH ❿❿ or ➛➛ button ❶ will
increase the search as follows:
1st press:

x 1

2nd press:

x 2

3rd press:

x 3

4th press:

x 4

Press the PLAY (❿) button ❷ to resume normal playback.

To Repeat play a track, simply select the track as described
on the previous page, then press the REPEAT button ❶
once; “REP-ONE” will appear on the TV screen and the unit
will repeat the selected track continuously until the STOP
(■) button ❷ is pressed.
To Repeat play all tracks on a CD, press the REPEAT
button ❶ a second time; “REP-ALL” will appear on the TV
screen and the unit will repeat the CD continuously until the
STOP (■) button ❷ is pressed.
To cancel Repeat play, press the REPEAT button ❶ until
“REPEAT OFF” appears on the TV screen.

FORWARD❿❿/REVERSE ➛➛

REPEAT ONE/ALL PLAY

While playing back a CD, this unit can repeatedly play back
a specific section.

While in the Playback mode, press the A-B button to define
where you want the section to start. Press the A-B button
again to define where you would like the section to end, the
unit will then play the selected area continuously.

Press the A-B button again to cancel A-B Repeat mode;
“CANCELLED” will appear on the TV screen.

While in the Stop mode, press the RANDOM button ❶;
“SHUFFLE ON” will appear on the TV screen. Press the
PLAY (❿) button ❷ and the unit will play the tracks back in a
random order.

To cancel Random playback, press the STOP (■) button ❸,
and then the RANDOM button ❶ again, “SHUFFLE OFF”
will appear on the TV screen.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON VCD REPEAT PLAYBACK:
PBC must be Off to use repeat playback with VCDs.
