Network Scan Solutions
• The MFX-2350 and MFX-2850 allow
you to quickly navigate your network
file structure from the touch screen
and deliver documents directly into
PC folders.
• Up to 300 folder shortcuts may
be registered, enabling one-touch
document delivery to network folders.
• Select the file format (PDF,TIFF, JPEG),
customize the file name and change
document settings directly from the
touch screen.

Color Copying Solutions
• The scan-to-print monitor allows you to
create color copies using the MFX-2850
and a networked color printer.
• Up to 5 networked color printers may be
registered into the print monitor. Once
registered, you may create color copies at
the touch of a button!

The MFX-2350 and MFX-2850 feature standard PC connectivity via a high-speed Ethernet connection, which enables seamless
document delivery to e-mail addresses, PC folders and FTP sites. Both devices also feature a high-speed 33.6 Kbps fax modem
which allows for reliable fax communication. The MFX-2850 also includes color scan capabilities which enables the delivery of
scanned data to a network connected color printer to create a unique color copying solution.
Additional Features & Benefits:
• Both machines feature mixed broadcast support, meaning
you can simultaneously transmit documents to both fax and
e-mail destinations.
• Deliver documents securely to an FTP site using the
standard scan to FTP feature. Up to 20 FTP shortcuts may
be registered to enable one-touch transmissions.
•
Document memory back-up stores received fax documents
in memory for up to 34-hours during a power interruption.
• LDAP directory support allows you to search corporate
directory servers for contact information. These contacts
may be registered into the address book enabling future
one-touch transmissions.
• The e-mail gateway feature enables seamless communication
with a variety of fax servers (compatibility may vary).
• All outbound fax and e-mail transmissions may be archived to
a network location to create an audit trail of communication.
Scan to E-Mail Solutions
• Register frequently scanned to e-mail
addresses into the address book to enable
future one-touch document delivery.
• Insert a custom subject line, text message
and file name to prevent recipients from
mistaking your e-mail as SPAM
