Method

Knead and shape the dough into 6 rolls.

Method

Divide into 8-12 pieces. Shape and flatten
slightly.

Score a cross on the top of each bun.

Glaze with egg and milk (but not the cross).

for 16-18 minutes.

1 Pre-heat oven.

golden brown.
