While fan and mounting plate are hanging from
the safety cable, install the mounting plate to
the outlet box using the two screws provided
with the junction box.

CANADIAN MOUNTING SYSTEM INSERT
Hang motor from hook on mounting plate. Use
one closed holes. Proceed to step 7 of normal
installation.

Thread the safety cable thru the mounting
plate. Insert one of the 3” lag screws and flat
washer thru the loop in the end of the safety
cable. Install the lag screw directly to the house
structure (wooden beam).
