Door – Opens for access to controls of the answering
system.

Announcement Button – Records outgoing greeting or
allows playback to review.

Time Day Set – Allows setting of time day stamp
message added to incoming messages.
Hour Button – Sets the hour.
Minute Button – Sets the minute.
Day/Time Check Button – Sets day of the week. Also
provides audible time/day setting status.

On/Off Button and Indicator Light – Turns answer
function on or off.
Light ON: Answerer is on,
Light OFF: Answerer is off.

Play/Stop Button – Plays messages stored in
answering system and stops recorded message playback.

Messages Indicator – Displays number of messages.
