• While holding the lock nut with an adjustable wrench
(or a 7 /
16
" wrench), tighten the bolt with the Allen wrench.
Do not over-tighten.
• Check to be sure the foot peg is securely attached.
Push and pull it. It should not move. If it does move,
tighten the bolt a few more turns with the Allen wrench.
• Repeat steps 8 and 9 to fasten the other foot peg to the
bar with a 1 9 /
16
" bolt and 7 /
16
" lock nut.
• Fit a foot peg to the end of the bar on the bottom of the
mini-bike.
• Turn the foot peg to align the hole in the foot peg with
the hole in the bar.
• Insert a 1 9 /
16
" bolt through the front hole in the bar, the
foot peg and out the back hole in the bar.
• Attach a 7 /
16
" lock nut (rounded edge outward) to the end
of the bolt and hand-tighten it.
