c : Fill-in flash mode

Takes flash exposures even in bright locations.

d : Flash Off mode

The flash lamp will not flash.

✻ When taking a picture in dim light in the Fill-in

flash mode, a tripod should be used to avoid
camera shake.

Used when photographing from windows, in the
shade of trees and for other backlit exposures.

Use when taking pictures using interior light or for
taking distant subjects which the flash lamp light
cannot reach, such as in a theater or stadium.
