FUJITSU FMW43SA1 - Manual

The serial adapter allows you to connect a serial device
directly to your pen tablet without a docking device. The
port is a fully functional RS-232C serial port that can be
used as a standard serial port on your pen tablet.
On one side of the adapter is a plug which fits into the
system interface port (see Figure 1). On the opposite side of
the adapter is a 9-pin port for a serial connector (see Figure
2).
To install the adapter,
1. If the pen tablet is running, either suspend operation or
power down the system.
2. If the serial device you wish to connect has power
applied, remove power.
