Why cannot I open the Applet topology on Java 7 Update 51 or later?
To solve the problem, perform the following tasks:
1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double click the Java icon to open the Java Control Panel.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Set the security level to Medium.
5. Click OK.
