Read the entire instruction manual before beginning installation. Some stock parts will
be used in reassembly.
When referencing the side of the vehicle, the driver side of the vehicle is considered the
left side and the passenger side of the vehicle is considered the right side of the vehicle.
Multiple vehicles may be used for these installation instructions; however, the process
remains the same for these applications.
The LPE clutch pedal return spring kit is designed to solve the problem of the clutch
pedal not returning under some high RPM shift conditions. The kit may also speed up the
application of the clutch after the pedal is released, reducing potential clutch slip and
heat generation on the shifts. A similar kit is also available for the C5 & C6 Corvette.
