About This Release
The software and documentation is available from the Kofax Fulfillment Site: https://
delivery.kofax.com/ . A representative from your company registers on this site to download
the software and documentation.
If you are an existing Customer, contact your Kofax Practice Manager to discuss and plan for
your upgrade. New customers receive email from Sales after completing their agreement with
Kofax. The email will contain a serial number to use when registering on the fulfillment site.
Registration provides customers with the credentials needed to download the software.
To access the software for this release:

Log in to the Kofax Fulfillment Site ( https://delivery.kofax.com/ ).
2 From the your software list, select Kofax SupplierExpress.
3 Under Product Downloads, locate version 5.0.
The available packages include all the software, documentation, and license keys for the
release.
Enhancements
Global Language Support
SupplierExpress Users, both Buyers and Suppliers, will benefit from Global Language
Support for the SupplierExpress Web site: www.SupplierExpress.com .
Depending on your Browser language settings, SupplierExpress v5.0 displays the Web pages
in one of the following languages:

▪ German
▪ Italian
▪ Polish
▪ Portuguese (Brazilian)
▪ Spanish (Castilian)
Enhanced Supplier Recruitment
This release provides additional functions to help Buyers On-Board more Suppliers.
▪ Supplier re-invitation
▪ Automated emails remind invited suppliers to register.
▪ Invitation reminders that the buyer can enable or disable for particular
suppliers.
▪ Open enrollment
▪ Self-registration for suppliers that eliminates the wait for a direct invitation
from a buyer or Accounts Payable.
▪ Management features that let the buyer manage supplier enrollment
applications.
