In an all‑analog network, the sample rate can be set at the Control Master to
the following:
44.1kHz
•
48
•
kHz
88.2
•
kHz
96
•
kHz
176.4
•
kHz
192
•
kHz
When an external clock is used with a Pro64 digital I/O device, the system
can lock to any sample rate within one of the three ranges shown in the table
below.
Pro64 Series Supported Sample Rates
Sample Rate
Minimum
Maximum
44.1/48kHz
39.7kHz
52kHz
88.2/96kHz
79.4kHz
104kHz
176.4/192kHz
158.8kHz
208kHz
Pro16 Outputs
The current Pro64 sample rate has a direct effect on the number of Pro16
channels that can be output from the A‑Net Systems Interface. The Pro16
outputs are in banks of sixteen channels.

The Pro16 Output LEDs on the front panel of the ASI will display the available
Pro16 outputs, based on the current Pro64 network sample rate.
Pro64/Pro16 Channel Mapping
At 44.1/48kHz, all four Pro16 outputs on the ASI can be used. Each is mapped
in a one‑to‑one relationship to its Pro64 channel counterpart (Pro64 channel
1 is output as Pro16 channel 1; Pro64 channel 23 is output as Pro16 channel
23, etc.). No channel remapping is possible between the two data formats.
