Pressure Sending Units
Installation Instructions
Intended for light duty oil and air applications, 12V/24V, 1-watt operation.

Connect as shown above for your application. Ensure that sending unit pressure range and resistance curve is
compatible with existing gauge. Use hex on threaded part (not body of sending unit) to install sending unit into
engine block pressure port. Tighten 1/8 NPTF hex five turns (20Nm/15lb-ft max) or until no leaks are observed.
Tighten M5 hex nut 1Nm/9lb-in max. Do not use Teflon tape or other silicone compounds on threads, when
installing sending units, only Loctite 516 is approved as a thread sealant. Use 18 AWG wire with ring terminals
to make wire connections to gauge/instruments.
