WIRING/ELECTRICAL:
Locate Black ground wire from heater motor and cut/route to
the Negative post on the battery using the provided Ring
Terminal.
Determine a place to install the Heater fan switch and drill
7/16” hole to mount the switch without the mounting plate and
a 1-1/8” hole to mount the switch with the mounting plate
attached for thicker dash applications.
Using the four provided Female Spade Connectors, attach the
three remaining wires form the motor to the switch back
following this sequence: Yellow #1, Red #2, Orange #3
The remaining post on the switch back is designated for the
+12vDC fused lead from the battery or Accessory side of the
Key Switch.
FINAL:
Fill system with 50/50 antifreeze/distilled water through the fill
tee. This procedure takes time but should purge all of the air
out of the system once the engine is running. Get the vehicle
up to temperature and loosen Fill-Tee to purge any remaining
air from the system and top off if necessary.
