PLUMBING:
Remove lower radiator hose and drain into catch pan. Install
and clamp the provided coupling in the open end of the
removed radiator hose and connect the provided new hose to
the opposite end of the coupling. This free end of hose will
connect to the Heater’s LOWER port. Use the spring guard on
the first 12.00” of hose coming out of the lower port on the
heater unit.
Cut and clamp a 3.00” piece of the provided hose to the
Heater’s TOP port and install the Fill Tee with the cap in the
upright direction. Cut the remaining hose to route to the lower
radiator hose port (removed in previous step) and clamp.
