QUICK START GUIDE: RC-6000 Remote Control

Connections
After installing the 6000 or 6100 in its permanent position,
you may connect the RC-6000. Position the RC-6000
Remote Control in a convenient but secure location. Route
the 25-foot cable between the two devices. Secure the
cable so that it is not a tripping hazard or located where
it could be damaged by moving equipment or furniture.
Connect the Male end of the supplied cable into the Female
connector on the RC-6000 labeled CONTROL INTERFACE.
Connect the Female end of the cable into the Male
connector on the rear of the 6000 or 6100 labeled REMOTE
CONTROL & INDICATORS.
Need a Longer Cable?
The RC-6000 uses a straight-through 25 conductor cable.
A standard computer parallel “printer” cable will also suffice.
The maximum supported length is 100 feet.
