If a paper jam occurs in the multi-purpose tray, follow these steps:

1. Remove the paper from the multi-purpose tray.
☛ ☛ ☛ ☛ 2. Fan the paper stack, and then reload it in the multi-purpose tray.

3. Make sure that the paper is inserted fully into the multi-purpose tray and
touches the back of the tray and remains below the limit

☛ ☛ ☛ ☛ 4. Open the top cover of the printer and close it, or press the Go switch to start
printing.
