In the TIME SETTING mode, you are able to set the hour, minute, and second, as
well as choose between 12 and 24 hour display.

4.1.3. Setting the dual time
In the DUAL TIME SETTING mode you can select the hour and minute of a dual time
- useful when traveling to a different time zone.
