Also deflects heat from element for more efficient cooking
n Wellslok Mounts hotplate unit to

CONTROL UNIT:
n Temperature Control Infinite switch to control
temperature of heating element
n Indicator Light Glows any time temperature
control is on
n Name Plate Lists manufacturer, model number and serial number
Also lists voltage and wattage rating
