• A paper jam has

• Remove the jammed paper. 58
Check the paper and the
paper cassette.
(UB0 – UBB/U62/U63) • Insert the paper cassette with paper.
• Paper is ejected from the front panel or rear panel of
the printer. (Sometimes paper may be ejected from
both.) Remove the paper. Then, remove the paper
cassette once and re-insert.
• Make sure that the paper and ink cassette sizes
match.
