To adjust the position
Press or to adjust.
Each press moves the massage heads
approximately 0.6 in. (1.5 cm).
When you hold down the button, the operation
will continue until you release it. •

Flashing indicates the approximate current
position.
To adjust program intensity
Press the – + adjustment buttons.

Press the button during an operation to continue the same operation only.
To change the operation, press the button again. The operations will then change automatically in
