Add and find contacts
Find a contact
In Idle mode, press < 1. Menu > → Phonebook .
You can also press < Contacts > in Idle mode.
Enter the first few letters of the name you want to find. 2.
Select the contact’s name from the search list. 3.
Once you have found a contact, you can:
call the contact by pressing [ • ]
edit the contact information by pressing < • Options > →
Edit .
Find a contact from Idle mode
You can find contacts in Idle mode by entering a number
as the spelling of a contact name.
In Idle mode, press the number keys that correspond 1.
to the letters you want.
Press [ 2. OK ].
The phone shows the matching contacts.
For example, if you press [
2 ], the phone will search for
the contact names that start with “a,” “b,” or “c.”
