A water softener must be added when water has a medium-high degree of hardness.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. The quantity of detergent can then always be
adjusted (reduced) to degree of hardness soft.

Please always refer to the care label symbol of your garment and select the washing
programme based on what it says.
