Did you know that putting one or two
highly absorbent items in your machine
can cause it to become
‘OUT OF BALANCE’.
This happens because the items are
clumping together, retaining large
amounts of water and therefore acting
as a heavy weight in your machine.
When your machine is ‘out of balance’ it
will not spin.
Try adding a large item such as a
bedding sheet into the load. This will
not absorb as much water and will help
to spread the weight in the drum.
