After-sales service
If your refrigerator cannot work regularly, check and deal with it according to the following method. If still no
effect, please contact your local after-sales service center. Be sure to provide model name, accessory
detail, and refrigerator number. (See the contents of the nameplate on the back of refrigerator)
Before calling for repair, make certain the following the items:
Refrigerator not working
Whether some part of the
refrigerator has been in
contact with external object, or
with the building wall
Too much noise
Lamp not on

Whether it is connected with
power supply (plug, socket,
fuse, etc)? Whether power

The power consumption indicated in the technical data is measured according to national standard, with
door closed, under 25℃ ambient temperature, with refrigerator compartment controlled at 5℃, freezer
compartment at -18℃, steady running for 24 hours. If the food put is more, ambient temperature is
higher, or door is opened more frequently, it is normal for the actual power consumption to be higher
than nominal value
When a large amount of food is put or at high
ambient temperature, the compressor shall have
longer working time. But this is normal. When refrigerator is in working, it will produce
some slight flowing sound because of a fan is
running. It is also normal.
When compressor stops, it shall take at least 5
minutes to start working again. This is because this
appliance has been fitted with delay protecting
function, to prevent damaging compressor by
continuous starting.

When air humidity is relatively high, there may be
some water on the outside of the appliance as well
as the central connection between doors. Just wipe
it away with soft cloth.
