checking and filling hydraulic
fluid
Lower the lift completely. Remove the 1.
Access Panel (36) and the Oil Plug
(P23) underneath.
The oil level should be even with the

bottom of the filler plug hole. You
should be able to see the oil.
If the oil level is low, add SAE

Hydraulic Jack fluid only. Avoid
mixing different brands of oils. do not
use any other fluid or brake fluid.

note: if the lift appears not to be
working properly, it may be
necessary to bleed trapped air
from its hydraulic system.
Check oil level. Replace plug.

Depress Release Foot Pedal (10). 2.
Pump the Foot Pedal (11) several 3.
times.
Let up on Release Foot Pedal (10).

Pump Lift Pedal (11). If the 5.
motorcycle lift does not elevate
smoothly or Pedal (11) feels
“spongy”, repeat steps 2 - 5.
note: Do not tamper with the check
valves. Any repairs should be
performed by a qualified technician.
