Assemble board pad sections (4, 5, and 6) together with hardware
(7, 8, and 1) as shown in Figure A and tighten completely.

Loosely install hardware (2, 3) into holes as shown in
Figure C. Attach board pads (4, 5, and 6) with hardware
and tighten completely.
