To switch left/right buttons:
Windows®:
a. Control Panel > Mouse icon > Buttons tab
b. Check or uncheck Switch primary and secondary buttons box
Mac®:
a. System Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse icon > Mouse
b. Select Primary mouse button (left or right)
To adjust pointer speed:
Windows:
a. Control Panel > Mouse icon > Pointer Options tab
b. Adjust Motion/pointer speed (slow to fast)
Mac:
a. System Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse icon > Mouse
b. Adjust Tracking speed (slow to fast)
To adjust scroll ring sensitivity:
Windows:
a. Control Panel > Mouse icon > Wheel tab
b. Adjust Scrolling value (more lines means faster scrolling)
Mac:
a. System Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse icon > Mouse
b. Adjust Scrolling speed (slow to fast)

Common Troubleshooting Steps
1. Un-plug and re-plug the Trackball.
2. Test the device on another port or computer.
3. Remove and clean ball with dry cloth by pushing from underneath.
